At Loop for Business, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a product doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
